2013 – 14 Leading from the Inside Out Fellows

Recently, the Rockwood Leadership Institute released the names of the 2013 – 14 Leading from the Inside Out (LIO) Fellows.

One of the ways STP partners with the Rockwood Leadership Institute is our role in the recruitment of LIO fellows. Leaders are nominated by LIO alumnae and then go through a rigorous interview process. Though it’s a lot of hard work for STP, Rockwood, our advisors, and the candidates alike, our diligence is well worth it. This group boasts some of the most exciting change-makers in the country.

As we welcome the new group of fellows we also want to take a moment to congratulate the recent LIO graduates. This year was profound for many in the group, daring to both challenge and support themselves and each other to be better leaders. To strengthen their organizations. To reinforce and broaden their movements. To collaborate. To reclaim their personal lives. To tend to the whole system. These leaps don’t stop once the yearlong is over.

Through webinars, toolkits, convenings, publications, cross-movement collaboration, and coaching STP facilitates the application of training into practice. The results are there. Our partnership with Rockwood and our ongoing investment in the LIO Alumnae network supports the momentum of some of the most effective leaders, organizations, and movements transforming this planet into a more sustainable world.

Welcome to the LIO network, 2012 – 13 LIO fellows. And congratulations to the 2013 – 14 fellows –we’ll see you on the other side!
